I decided to post my answer via video so here it is. pw right below the video and only viewable to my neighborhood.
Goodness gracious I look like I'm about to cry. Geez.
My kids are crazy. I love 'em, but wow are they loud!
Today while shopping at the commissary they were playing and giggling and doing it all LOUDLY! Lots of smiles from passersby, but sometimes I feel embarrassed.
Do others think of me as a mother who allows her kids to run wild? I reminded them often to use their inside voices, but I guess they were having too much fun in the car thingymajing cart.
I know I do my best so I try to reassure myself that it doesn't matter what folks think since my rugrats aren't harming anyone. Plus I love seeing people smile (most if them anyway) so I look at my kids' playing around as a good thing. They really get along well and don't fight all too often anymore (for the moment ay least) so its all gravy. :]
Oh, bought a huge container of strawberries at the comm. Yum! I want to make something with a cup or two, but not sure what? I don't like them in muffins or breads so hmmm.
Geez, hungry now so I'm gonna head down and fix something up.

If you're getting one, how are you planning on spending your tax refund?
We recv'd ours in Feb. Part of it was spent on attaining a new vehicle since the Matrix was totaled *pouts*. The Mister also bought me an iphone as an early V-day gift with it, I'm pretty sure. I just know he'd never put that on credit! No complaints from me! :]
Other purchases: airline tickets for Thanksgiving, hotel accommodations for summer vacay and some new (to us) furniture. The rest is in our checking & savings accounts.
What's holding you back from your dream job?
Submitted by Question of the Day.
My dream job is to be a florist again. What's holding me back? Being at SAHM, but it's my choice and I'm completely OK with that. I don't plan on "going" for my dream job until both of my girls are in school full time at least.
I couldn't work now. Not out there and not at home. My time needs to be dedicated to my kids. We're not struggling for money. We make ends meet. I'm not trying to be rolling in dough nor do I wish to be. I'm not high maintenance, either. The Mister and I enjoy living simply.
I could be 50 and still able to attain my dream job. That can definitely wait. My girls won't stop growing up no matter how much I complain and they are only children once in their lives. So yeah, my kids are holding me back, but that's fine by me. :]
What happened the first time you were left home alone as a child?

Scared! Actually, I wasn't alone. I had my little bro w/ me, but it was still frightening being so young. I don't think I could leave my kids home alone until they're at least teenagers. For sure.
What do you love about where you live?
Submitted by Emu with a Clue.
I complain a lot about where I live, but that's mostly due to the weather and the lack of a nearby body of water (goodnessgracious it's hot over hurr). I'm an island girl after all and it's only natural to miss one's true home. BUT I have to say compared to the last place we took up residence, Tucson has a lot to offer in terms of things to do. That's about the only thing I really "love" about the Old Pueblo to be honest. Next on the itinerary... the Pima County Fair!
What's the one thing you're most neurotic about?
Closing doors at night. I still fear an open closet door, especially. I just cannot go to sleep knowing there's a door open, even slightly.
